Our Story
Founded by an experienced music therapist with over a decade of clinical practice, The Therapy Programme was created in response to the growing need for accessible, modern therapeutic options for mental health support across the UK and is rooted in evidence-based models, creative therapies, and trauma-informed practice.

Led by a dedicated team of qualified therapists who understand the current pressures of teens in society and are passionate about helping them thrive.
