Summer Programme
A 6-week online group programme beginning July 7th, delivered by qualified therapists, providing structured and consistent support.
-
4 sessions per week (across 2 days)
-
Small, carefully matched groups (6–8 participants)
-
Multidisciplinary approach: Counselling, Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, and Music Therapy
Each group is age-specific and thoughtfully curated to ensure participants feel safe, understood, and able to engage.

1. A carefully matched group
Your child joins a small group of 6–8 young people, helping them feel comfortable, understood, and less alone.
2. Consistent weekly support
They attend four structured sessions each week across two days (two 50-minute sessions per day), creating a steady rhythm of support.
3. Different ways to engage
Sessions are led by qualified therapists and include counselling, psychotherapy, art therapy, and music therapy — so your child can express themselves in ways that feel natural to them.
4. Building confidence over time
As the programme progresses, your child is supported to understand their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build confidence.
5. A toolkit to take forward
They leave the programme with a toolkit of strategies, exercises and techniques they can continue to use in everyday life.
Everything takes place in a safe, supportive environment where there is no pressure to speak until they feel ready.
