A structured, clinically led approach to early intervention mental health support

We work with organisations supporting both young people and adults who are experiencing emotional and mental health challenges.

Across the UK many individuals are struggling but don’t meet the threshold for specialist services. At the same time, waiting lists continue to grow, and internal teams are under increasing pressure to respond.

The Therapy Programme provides a safe, clinically led early intervention option you can confidently refer to—supporting people earlier, while reducing pressure on your service.
