Our Programme is an innovative online group experience supporting mental health.
Each participant will receive:

Two 50-minute group therapy sessions twice a week for 6 weeks delivered by 4 qualified therapists

Access to a range of therapeutic approaches within a structured curriculum combining talk-based and creative arts therapies
The programme gives individuals the tools and skills they need to thrive in a supportive peer environment - boosting self-esteem, building confidence, and strengthening resilience.

Structured Support
All group sessions facilitated by professionally trained and registered therapists following a structured curriculum combining counselling, psychotherapy, art therapy & music therapy
Real Connection
Participants are placed in curated cohorts based on age and shared needs, promoting mutual understanding and a supportive peer community to reduce feelings of isolation
Lasting change
Equipping individuals with practical tools and skills to support confidence, communication, resilience, emotional regulation and long-term wellbeing
Teen Programme
A structured 6-week online group for young people aged 12–17 experiencing anxiety, low mood, low confidence, or social challenges.
Delivered in small, supportive groups, the programme combines counselling and psychotherapy with creative arts therapies — including art and music therapy — to help participants build emotional regulation, resilience, communication skills, and self-esteem alongside others their age.
Adult Programme
A structured 6-week online group supporting adults experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, or reduced confidence in everyday life.
Integrating counselling, psychotherapy, and creative arts therapies, the programme helps participants develop practical coping strategies, emotional awareness, and resilience within a supportive peer group environment.

Flexible accessible support
Through creative exercises, reflection activities and group discussions focusing on weekly themes all led by qualified and dedicated therapists, individuals learn practical skills to navigate life’s challenges—while connecting with others going through relatable experiences in a shared, safe and supportive community.
Our flexible online format makes mental health support accessible, empowering participants to express themselves freely, grow with confidence and spend time online in a healthy way.
About the Programme

Who is it for?
The programme is designed to support individuals who are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, low mood and/or social isolation.

How does it work?
Each group brings together 6–8 participants who are intentionally matched to support meaningful connection.
2 x 50 minute sessions are held online via Zoom 2 days per week for 6 weeks
